Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead operational finance, financial reporting, ERP implementation, and finance process improvement within a real estate and hospitality environment.
The role requires a hands-on finance professional with strong UAE experience, excellent ERP systems knowledge, and the ability to support senior leadership with accurate financial controls and business insights.
This is an operational Finance Manager role with close involvement in systems, reporting, compliance, and finance team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance operations, accounting controls, and financial reporting.
- Oversee monthly closing, management accounts, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Support ERP implementation, process mapping, system optimisation, and finance workflow automation.
- Work with ERP systems including Odoo and Microsoft Dynamics 365 .
- Ensure accurate financial records, internal controls, and compliance with UAE regulations.
- Partner with operations teams across real estate, hospitality, and service-based business units.
- Improve finance processes, reporting structures, approval flows, and control frameworks.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial insights and reports for the CFO and senior management.
- Support audits, VAT compliance, documentation, and statutory reporting requirements.
