Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Finance Manager, based in Dubai, with some opportunities for remote work.
The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities
include managing accounting operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, providing financial insights, and optimizing resource allocation.
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to uphold financial health and support organizational growth is central to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Analysis
- Proficiency in Accounting, Taxation, and Compliance
- Ability to utilize Financial Systems, Advanced Excel, and ERP platforms
- Experience in Risk Management and Internal Controls
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/CA certification is an advantage)
- Prior experience in the technology or AI industry is beneficial but not mandatory
