This is a part-time hybrid role for a Finance Manager based in Dubai, with some flexibility for remote work.
The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
They will manage financial analysis, monitor cash flow, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making processes.
Additional responsibilities include reviewing financial policies, leading audits, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the organization's financial health and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting
- Experience in Financial Analysis, Cash Flow Management, and Risk Assessment
- Knowledge of compliance with local financial regulations and auditing standards
- Proficiency in using financial software, spreadsheets, and accounting tools
- Effective leadership and communication skills for collaboration with teams across the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE or GCC region
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
