About the Role

We are working with a well-established, international design consultancy with a strong presence in the UAE and the UK, who are looking to appoint a Finance & Operations Manager to join their Dubai office. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to a London-based Finance Director, offering a blend of financial oversight and operational management within a dynamic, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Management

• Prepare and oversee monthly management accounts
• Deliver accurate financial reporting, analysis, and insights to senior leadership
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

Reporting & Analysis:

• Develop and maintain financial and operational KPIs
• Provide regular performance reports to both local and international stakeholders
• Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights

Payroll & Team Management:

• Oversee payroll processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage and mentor a finance team of 4, driving performance and development

Operations Oversight:

• Oversee day-to-day operations for a team of approximately 70 employees
• Work closely with leadership to improve operational efficiency and processes
• Support business growth through scalable operational frameworks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) preferred
• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
• Experience managing teams and overseeing end-to-end finance functions
• Strong understanding of management accounting and reporting
• Prior experience within consultancy, design, or professional services is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with international stakeholder
