Important Work Arrangement Note

This role requires full-time, on-site work from Monday to Saturday (6 days a week) . Candidates should be comfortable with a fully office-based setup , as remote or hybrid work is not available for this position.

About You

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations across our global entities, including the UAE, UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Spain, and India .

This role goes beyond traditional finance management — the successful candidate will act as a key partner to leadership, ensuring financial governance, consolidation, and scalability across multiple jurisdictions. You will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, standardization, and operational excellence in a fast-growing international business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end finance operations across multiple global entities , ensuring consistency and accuracy in financial reporting
• Lead group-level financial consolidation , including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting across all regions
• Manage and optimize cash flow across jurisdictions , ensuring efficient fund allocation and liquidity planning
• Develop and monitor global budgets and forecasts , providing insights and variance analysis to leadership
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax requirements, and statutory filings across all operating countries
• Coordinate with local finance teams, external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors in each region
• Establish and enforce standardized financial processes, controls, and reporting frameworks across all entities
• Support leadership with financial modeling, scenario planning, and strategic decision-making
• Oversee intercompany transactions, transfer pricing considerations, and reconciliations
• Drive improvements in financial systems, automation, and reporting tools to support scalability

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred)
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience , with strong exposure to multi-entity / international finance operations
• Proven experience in financial consolidation and group reporting
• Strong knowledge of multi-country compliance, taxation frameworks, and regulatory environments
• Experience managing cross-border finance operations and stakeholder coordination
• Proficiency in ERP systems, financial tools, and advanced Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across global teams and time zones
