Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with strong expertise in the UAE bullion and precious metals industry.
The ideal candidate must have a solid background in financial management, bullion accounting, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance within gold trading operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of Finance experience in the UAE Bullion/Gold industry
- Strong knowledge of bullion accounting and precious metals trading operations
- Experience in UAE VAT, corporate tax, and financial compliance
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of banking transactions, treasury, and cash flow management
- Experience handling audits and coordinating with external auditors
- Advanced knowledge of ERP/accounting software and MS Excel
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CA/ACCA/CMA qualification is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations of the bullion business
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow, banking facilities, and bullion transactions
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and tax requirements
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor internal controls and financial risk management
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making
Preferred Skills
- Experience in bullion trading companies or gold refineries
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
