Finance Manager Vacancy: Academic Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field
**Arabic Speaker**
**Minimum 5+ years of experience**
in accounting/finance, preferably in Qatar
Strong experience in payroll (WPS), payments, and bank reconciliation
Experience with financial audits, reporting, and reconciliations
Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) is a plus

Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting operations.
Drive organizational profitability by leading financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Manage and review WPS payroll processing and salary-related entries
Perform and supervise bank reconciliations and financial reporting
Handle payments, vendor management, and invoice verification
Ensure accurate posting of journal entries, accruals, and provisions
Support audit processes and ensure compliance with local regulations
Lead month-end and year-end closing activities

Note

Candidates with professional experience from major international networks, specifically Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, or Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global, are preferred.
