Overview
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a Finance Manager or senior finance leadership role.
- Strong experience in project accounting and cost control.
- Thorough knowledge of IFRS, VAT, Zakat, and financial compliance requirements.
- Experience dealing with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Strong ERP and financial reporting experience.
- Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly preferred.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead all finance and accounting functions.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
- Oversee project costing and profitability analysis.
- Monitor collections, supplier payments, and financial controls.
- Manage banking facilities, guarantees, and financing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to executive management.
