We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial management to support business growth and operational excellence.
This role requires strong leadership, analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of financial management practices.
The Finance Manager will work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights, manage risks, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the organization's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for business improvement.
- Oversee cash flow management, financial controls, and risk mitigation activities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Support external audits, tax compliance, and financial reporting requirements.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic business initiatives and investment decisions.
- Partner with department leaders to manage budgets and optimize financial performance.
- Lead and mentor finance team members to achieve departmental objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, CFA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, financial planning, or corporate finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, and internal controls.
- Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, and financial reporting tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis applications.
- Experience managing teams and supporting senior management decision-making is preferred.
