  • We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and support strategic business decisions.
  • In this role, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial planning activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of providing valuable financial insights to drive organizational growth and performance.
  • 🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the organization's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators to support decision-making.
  • Oversee cash flow management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable activities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead, mentor, and support finance team members to achieve departmental objectives.
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
