we are looking for finance manager for our fit-out project wo have more than 5 years experience in similar role :
*Preparing estimated budgets for projects and monitoring their implementation, as well as following up on any deviations that may occur to ensure adherence to the plan, and providing periodic reports to the management.
*Analyze costs and monitor expenditure against the budget, make periodic recommendations to improve financial performance, and suggest budget adjustments when needed.
*Manage daily cash flows to ensure liquidity, and also quickly deal with any potential shortages to avoid crises, and major expenses are closely monitored.
*Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for the project and senior management, as well as present the results to make the appropriate decisions on time, and also include analyses compared to previous financial plans.
*Supervise bank accounts and ensure that obligations are paid on time, as well as follow up on any possible variables to ensure financial stability, and coordinate with banks when necessary.
*Following up on subcontractors and suppliers' extracts and preparing financial payments for them, as well as ensuring that the dues match the contracts accurately, and the invoices are reviewed periodically.
*Review contracts and tenders financially before signing them, provide feedback on the potential risks of each project, and collaborate with the legal team when needed.
*Controlling the cost of the project and ensuring that the approved budget is not exceeded, as well as focusing on reducing financial waste and improving profitability, and solutions are proposed to reduce unnecessary expenses.
*Prepare periodic reports on the financial status of each individual project, as well as provide comprehensive summaries to senior management for decision-making, including a comparison of the previous performance of each project.
*Analyzing price differences and sudden increases in material or implementation costs, as well as suggesting alternative solutions when needed to ensure the smooth running of the project, these analyses are coordinated with the procurement team.
*Managing the accounting and finance team within the company, as well as directing them to carry out tasks with high efficiency, and following up on the individual performance of each team member.
*Coordinate with other departments such as project and procurement management, as well as follow up on cooperation to ensure the smooth flow of work, and resolve any disputes or obstacles as soon as they arise.
*Participate in strategic decisions regarding financing or investing in new projects, as well as taking into account the potential risks and returns before taking any step, and develop alternative plans in the event of an emergency.
*Implementing financial and accounting policies in accordance with local and international laws and standards, as well as following up on strict compliance with them to ensure the company's financial stability, and updating policies when needed to keep pace with changes.
