We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead and oversee the organization's financial operations in the United Arab Emirates.
The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and financial analysis.
This role requires strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to provide strategic financial insights that support business growth and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and working capital.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain strong financial controls.
- Support strategic planning, investment analysis, and business decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members.
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance, accounting, or financial management roles.
- Experience within the UAE market and familiarity with local regulatory requirements is an advantage.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and compliance management.
