We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations and support strategic business decisions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and ensuring the overall financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the company's day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and business profitability.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
- Coordinate audits, tax filings, and financial documentation with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
- Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Lead and mentor finance team members to ensure high performance and professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, or financial management roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with accounting software and financial management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
