FINANCE MANAGER

Level: Mid-Level / Senior-Level

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and management accounts.
• Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders when required.
• Develop and implement financial controls and processes to strengthen operational efficiency.
• Support management with financial analysis, business planning, and strategic decision-making.
• Lead and mentor finance team members where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Proven experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
