Position Summary
Leads the company’s finance function and oversees financial operations, financial control, business growth support, and organizational performance.
Partners with senior management on strategic decision-making and the company’s financial health.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage finance and accounting functions for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.
- Oversee cash flow planning, treasury management, and working capital optimization.
- Ensure accurate bank reconciliations and financial reporting; monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Maintain financial controls and policies; coordinate external audits and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze financial performance and recommend actions; monitor profitability and cost control.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Support investment evaluations, business expansion, and strategic planning.
- Lead and develop the finance team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- 8–10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Hospitality, restaurant, retail, or multi-entity operations experience highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

- QAR 6,962.59–20,267.31 per month.
