Role overview
Oversees financial management, reporting, taxation, compliance, and internal controls to support financial integrity and senior-management decisions.
Financial management
- Oversee financial statements, accounting standards compliance, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and cost optimization.
- Establish internal controls, coordinate audits, and manage direct-tax and GST compliance, filings, assessments, and tax planning.
- Support financial strategy and risk management, oversee ERP and reporting systems, improve processes, and promote automation.
- Lead the finance team and present performance and forecasts to senior management and the Board.
- Manage Companies Act compliance, corporate governance, Board and shareholder meeting coordination, statutory registers, and corporate records.
Experience and qualifications
- 10 years of finance experience and 10 years of total work experience are required.
- Five years of IFRS/GAAP and consolidation experience is required.
- A Master's degree and Chartered Accountant or ICWA qualification are preferred.
- At least 10 years of accounts experience is preferred.
- English is required; willingness to travel 25% is preferred.
Pay and employment
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Pay is ₹2,000,000–₹3,500,000 per year.
Workplace
- Work location is in person; commute or relocation to Hyderabad is preferred.
