Responsibilities

• Perform FP&A, including actual variance analysis, forecasting, planning, and profitability analysis across brands and business models.
• Oversee cost of goods sold and ensure financial statement accuracy.
• Analyze market and company investments; recommend productivity improvements and support growth through pricing, financial modeling, customer profitability, expansion strategies, and business cases.
• Estimate funds needed for short- and long-term organizational objectives.
• Prepare financial reports, lead month-end closing, and conduct monthly financial forecasts.
• Assess financing mix, evaluate organizational financial performance, and measure investment returns.
• Establish and improve local operating processes and controls.
• Work across internal and external functions to manage operational and financial risk in the developing market.
• Manage local customer billing and governance.

Candidate profile

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• More than 5 years of end-to-end FMCG financial analysis and commercial finance leadership experience is desired.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, are desired.
• Power BI or other BI tools experience is preferred; SAP experience is preferred.
