Finance & ICFR Specialist - Dubai- 12 Months Contract

Overview

Profile Summary

• Experienced finance professional (6+ years) with a strong background in financial reporting and IFRS, with exposure to ICFR/ADAA frameworks
• Capable of independently supporting core finance functions, including financial statement preparation and reporting deliverables
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
• Proven ability to work independently, manage deliverables end‑to‑end, and operate efficiently within lean teams with minimal supervision

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional qualification (e.g., CA and ACCA)
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
• Prior exposure to ICFR and ADAA frameworks is an advantage
• Experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or audit environments preferred

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting frameworks
• Good understanding of ICFR principles and control environments
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial analysis capabilities

Language Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in English
