Finance Executive

About the role

Responsibilities

• Manage daily finance and accounting operations and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and variance analysis.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance; coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and stakeholders.
• Maintain books and financial records; develop financial controls and processes.
• Provide management with financial insights and business analysis, identify cost savings, and improve financial efficiency.
• Support financial planning and decision-making and ensure timely month-end and year-end account closures.

Qualifications

• MBA in Finance.
• 3–5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, reconciliations, audits, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS; experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Requires analytical and problem-solving ability, attention to detail, communication and stakeholder-management skills, independence, and ownership.

Preferred experience

• Experience in IT services, technology, digital marketing, SaaS, or service-based organizations is preferred.
• Management reporting, financial analysis, financial modelling, and business forecasting experience or exposure is preferred.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other BI/reporting tools is preferred.

Pay

• ₹400,000–₹700,000 per year.

• Full-time, on-site role in Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
