About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a
Finance Executive
to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support the organization’s financial planning and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in VAT, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reporting, with the ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage
- accounts payable (AP)
- and
- accounts receivable (AR)
- processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Maintain the
- general ledger
- , post journal entries, and perform monthly reconciliations.
- Prepare
- monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Ensure
- compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and VAT laws

- Assist in
- VAT preparation, filing, and reconciliation

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for management reporting.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and assist in financial planning activities.
- Support internal and external audits, providing required documentation and explanations.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in finance/accounting roles in applying country
- Strong knowledge of
- VAT regulations
- , AR/AP, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems preferred) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
