Finance Director

We are seeking a Finance Director who can transform financial data into strategic business decisions and guide the organization through its next phase of expansion.

This is more than a traditional finance role.

You will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive profitability, improve financial performance, and support long term corporate objectives.

You will oversee all aspects of financial planning, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and risk management while helping shape the future direction of the company.

Develop and implement financial strategies that support organizational growth, profitability, and long term business objectives.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Lead annual budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and performance monitoring to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation.

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and executive dashboards while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Identify financial risks, establish mitigation strategies, and maintain strong internal controls to protect company assets.

Monitor liquidity, optimize working capital, and ensure effective cash flow planning across the organization.

Collaborate with operational leaders to evaluate business opportunities, assess investments, and improve financial performance.

Lead and develop finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing financial operations and strategic planning.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA are highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, compliance, and corporate finance principles.

Proven ability to lead finance teams, influence executive stakeholders, and drive organizational performance through data driven decision making.

Experience with ERP systems, financial planning tools, advanced spreadsheet modeling, and business intelligence reporting platforms.

Exceptional ability to present complex financial information clearly and effectively to senior executives and non financial stakeholders.

You combine analytical rigor with commercial awareness.

You understand the numbers, but more importantly, you understand the business behind them.

Pay: QAR28,000.00 - QAR38,000.00 per month
