Finance Director (CFO Responsibilities)

Overview

• We have been retained on the search for a Finance Director on behalf of an international medical aesthetics business with commercial operations across Europe and MENA, entering a period of significant strategic expansion.
• This is a senior leadership appointment carrying full responsibility for the group finance function across multiple entities and jurisdictions, with a clear path to CFO.
• The incoming Finance Director will build and own the financial infrastructure of the business, shape reporting and control frameworks across a multi-currency group, and contribute directly to strategic decision-making at board and founder level.
• We are seeking
• A qualified finance professional with a minimum of eight to ten years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Demonstrable experience owning a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction finance function — group consolidation, treasury, statutory compliance and reporting across geographies
• Track record of building or significantly developing a finance function in a fast-growth or founder-led environment
• Comfortable operating at board level and contributing to investor and fundraising conversations
• Background in medical technology, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical aesthetics or a comparably regulated sector strongly preferred
• This is not a role for a regional finance manager within a large corporate structure.
• It is a builder role for a senior finance leader who wants to make a material impact at an inflection point in a company's growth.
