We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven

Finance Director

to lead our finance function and play a key role in driving the organization’s financial success.

In this position, you will oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and risk management while providing valuable financial insights to support executive decision-making.

You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop long-term financial strategies, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the organization's financial health.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the organization's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Develop and execute financial strategies that support business growth and long-term objectives.
Oversee accounting operations, financial controls, and regulatory compliance.
Prepare and present financial reports, performance analyses, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Monitor financial performance, cash flow, profitability, and key business metrics.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal governance policies.
Lead financial risk management initiatives and strengthen internal control frameworks.
Partner with department leaders to support budgeting, resource allocation, and financial decision-making.
Drive process improvements, financial system enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
Manage audits, financial reviews, and relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Evaluate investment opportunities, business cases, and strategic initiatives from a financial perspective.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of financial management, corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Experience with ERP systems, financial software, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Solid understanding of financial controls, compliance, taxation, and risk management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Professional accounting or finance qualifications are highly valued.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and the highest ethical standards.
