Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage financial statements and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
- Monitor cash flow and analyze financial performance and trends.
- Develop financial controls and support regulatory compliance.
- Advise leadership on financial risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on key initiatives.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a senior finance role; professional services, media, or leadership-platform experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are advantageous.
- Strong finance, analytical, planning, and reporting skills, including financial statement preparation and interpretation.
- Proficiency with financial software and spreadsheets, strong attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
