Finance Director / CFO
to join a leading real estate organization based in Jeddah.
This role is ideal for a dynamic Saudi professional with strong financial leadership capabilities and hands-on experience in the real estate sector.
Key responsibilities
include managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial risks, and developing strategies for cost optimization.
The Finance Director/ CFO will closely monitor financial performance and work with the leadership team to drive data-backed decision-making and the company's financial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management of the organization
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Manage cash flow, capital structure, and funding strategies aligned with business growth
- Drive financial governance, controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Partner with executive leadership on investment decisions, project feasibility, and portfolio performance
- Optimize financial operations and enhance efficiency across all finance functions
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team
Requirements
- Preference will be given to Saudi National
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or professional certifications are a plus)
- **Maximum 10 - 15 years of experience**
- **Mandatory experience in the real estate sector**
- **Banking experience is highly preferred**
- Strong financial modeling, analysis, and strategic planning skills
- Proven leadership capability with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
