Job Title: Finance Cum Operation – Construction Industry
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced **Finance Manager** to join our construction company.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial management skills, extensive experience in the construction sector, and solid knowledge of **budgeting, cost control, and project financial planning**.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the company’s financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and manage **annual budgets**, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor project-wise budgets, costs, cash flow, and variances.
- Analyze financial data to support management decision-making.
- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and cost reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, procurement, HR, and other departments for financial alignment.
- Manage receivables, payables, bank reconciliation, and cash management.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage).
- Professional certifications in accounting preferred.
- **Minimum 3–5 years of experience** in finance, preferably in the **construction or contracting industry**.
- Strong knowledge of **budgeting, cost control, and project accounting**.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
