The Finance Business Partner leads budgeting and forecasting efforts, delivers actionable financial reporting, develops business cases for key investments and initiatives, and helps identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.

Working closely with department leaders, you will support data-driven decision-making, strategic planning, and performance improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational financial policies.

• Partner with operational and clinical leaders to provide financial guidance and strategic support.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial performance, variances, and key trends to drive informed decision-making.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and financial models for new programs, capital projects, and service expansions.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency.
• Support long-term strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, healthcare regulations, and risk management practices.

Position: Finance Business Partner- 40 hours/week- this is a hybrid role seeking real estate or facilities experience

Five years of experience in Finance required, preferably in healthcare or a similarly complex industry.

in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis required.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration required.

• Schedule: Full-time

• Pay Range: $94,764.80 - $146,848.00
