Part-time hybrid Finance Business Partner role based in Dubai, with flexibility to work on-site and from home.

Supports strategic and operational decisions for a travel business through financial insights, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Prepare and review budgets and monitor actuals against forecasts.
Analyze profitability of travel offerings and prepare clear reports for leadership.
Advise on pricing strategies and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Support business planning for new services.
Maintain accurate financial records with the owner and external accountants.

Relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong finance and financial-reporting skills, including statements, key metrics, accuracy, and compliance.
Financial- and business-planning skills, including budgets, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
Advanced analytical skills to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial tools; Excel or similar is an example.
Small-business or travel-industry familiarity is beneficial.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a hybrid part-time setting.
