Finance BI Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Finance BI Analyst to join our growing Finance team.

In this role, you will partner with Finance, Projects, Operations, and business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building reporting solutions from the ground up, uncovering trends in complex datasets, and translating business needs into meaningful dashboards, KPIs, and analytics.

You'll have the opportunity to influence decision-making across the organization while helping improve reporting processes, forecast visibility, and overall business performance.

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions

Create KPI reporting and executive-level reporting packages

Develop scalable reporting frameworks that improve visibility into business performance

Automate reporting processes and reduce manual effort

Deliver actionable insights from operational and financial data

Collect, validate, organize, and analyze business data

Build data models that support reporting and analytical initiatives

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis

Improve data quality, consistency, and reporting integrity

Partner with Finance, Projects, Operations, and Leadership teams

Gather reporting requirements and translate them into business solutions

Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences

Serve as a trusted advisor for data-driven decision-making

Support project revenue forecasting and performance reporting

Analyze forecast variances and key business drivers

Develop dashboards supporting planning and forecasting initiatives

Progressively become the primary analytics partner for Projects and Implementation teams

Make a measurable impact on business decision-making and organizational performance

Work directly with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Build modern reporting and analytics solutions from the ground up
