Role overview
The Finance Assistant Controller joins the Finance team and manages day-to-day accounting and statutory reporting for the Israeli entity.
The role includes cash management and support for group monthly consolidation and budgeting.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly close activities, including working papers, accruals, and analytical procedures.
- Own Israeli entity cash management, including banking, payments, cash positioning, and weekly cash flow reporting.
- Prepare tax reports, statutory reports, annual financial reports, and audit working papers.
- Support intercompany reconciliations, transfer pricing calculations, budgeting, forecasting, and group consolidation.
- Oversee bookkeeping, vendor payments, finance policies, financial analysis, and contract reviews.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and collaborate with colleagues across the organization.
Requirements
- CPA qualification from a Big Four firm is required.
- Two years of post-internship experience, or experience as a Big Four senior, is required.
- IFRS knowledge and fluent written and spoken English are required.
- High-level Excel and Microsoft Office skills and ERP systems knowledge are required.
- NetSuite, BI reporting tools, and high-tech experience are advantageous.
- The candidate should be analytical, organized, independent, collaborative, and comfortable using AI tools for efficiency.
