Role Description
Provide administrative and accounting support to the finance team across transactions, invoices, payments, reconciliations, records, and daily finance activities.
Help ensure accurate and timely processing of financial information and smooth finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and accounting support and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and verification of financial transactions.
- Prepare financial schedules, reports, statements, and supporting documents.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor invoices, payments, outstanding balances, and other finance-related items.
- Maintain organized accounting files and coordinate finance matters with internal departments, suppliers, customers, and other parties.
- Provide general administrative support for accounting and finance activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in finance, accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general administration.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, MS Office, and accounting software.
- Strong numerical, organizational, analytical, and communication skills; high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and financial deadlines.
- Professional, organized, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
