Project delivery and leadership
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management to deliver quality projects on time and within cost targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams, set performance objectives, and promote safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Review project progress, resolve operational challenges, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and report metrics to senior leadership.
Clients and business development
- Maintain and grow client relationships and support business development.
- Align project execution with company standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Leadership and people management skills, including team development, performance management, and stakeholder communication.
- Project and construction management experience covering scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and quality control for fit-out or related projects.
- Business and strategic planning skills, financial acumen, risk assessment, and operational efficiency capabilities.
- Client relationship and negotiation skills, including managing expectations and resolving issues.
- Relevant interior fit-out, construction, or technology contracting experience; retail, hospitality, commercial, or residential exposure is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, business administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
- Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office; Saudi industry standards and regulations familiarity is beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage.
Work location
