Finance Analyst - Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers

Position overview

Responsibilities

• Support cost control, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, human capital processes, and compliance.
• Participate in month-end closeout and prepare financial reporting packages for project management.
• Review costs, adjustments, budgets, forecasts, quantity claims, and exception reports for accurate reporting.
• Support purchasing, invoice, vendor payment, intercompany billing, and client billing workflows.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support cash management through timely billing.
• Provide project-team support, customer service, and clear communication.
• Follow corporate compliance requirements and support implementation of EEO and labor laws at the project level.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of financial or data analysis experience.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Must be able to relocate and travel as frequently as business needs require.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, and other key Excel functions are preferred.
• Effective communication, organization, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.

Location and mobility

• Projects are located across the United States, in cities and smaller communities.
• The role requires travel and relocation as business needs require.

Compensation

• The stated salary range is $78,000 to $81,000 per year.
