Responsibilities
- Analyze business performance vs. budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and consolidate weekly and monthly management reporting for regional leadership and headquarters
- Support quarterly forecasting and the annual budgeting process
- Review and validate rebates during month-end closing and ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Identify and correct posting errors (COGS, GL postings, cost centers) and maintain high data quality standards
- Monitor Accounts Receivable and flag potential financial risks to the Finance Manager
- Track and challenge marketing spend and commercial budgets
- Build financial models to support new initiatives, market expansion, and retail store openings
- Prepare retail store breakeven and profitability analyses
- Collaborate with TECH teams to maintain and improve Power BI finance reports and data models
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and insights to support commercial teams and business decision-making
