Finance Analyst - Accounts Payable

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Enter and process invoices accurately within agreed timelines and service-level requirements.
• Follow documented processes and conduct daily invoice-entry quality audits.
• Maintain the general mailbox and record received documentation and information.
• Prepare system-driven reports for the business line and backup reports after data entry.
• Prepare and review functional process documents and capture processing exceptions.
• Identify data gaps or missing information and resolve queries promptly.
• Track user acceptance and support investigations into issues.
• Meet productivity, efficiency, client service, and client-specific KPI expectations.
• Build client relationships and resolve concerns collaboratively.
• Participate in best practices development; mentor and train team members when needed.

Requirements and qualifications

• Experience in an Accounts Payable profile.
• Graduation in commerce or finance, or equivalent Accounts Payable work experience.
• 1–3 years of industry experience in a corporate environment, third-party service provider, or consulting.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Microsoft tools experience is preferred; accounting knowledge is preferred.
• End-to-end procure-to-pay cycle awareness is advantageous.
• Flexibility, adaptability, receptiveness to new ideas, and ability to manage day-to-day stress.
