About This Role
Job Overview
- We require a profile to support us in the concessions division at the corporate level.
- The profile should have experience in the following.
- Minimum 7 years of UAE/GCC experience; candidates must have worked in the construction (EPC - Engineering Procurement and Construction) sector.
- ***Should be Experienced in the following:***
- WPA (Water purchase agreement contracts).
- Financial Model.
- Financing documents.
- Project Company experience.
- Accounting in SPV, *special purpose vehicle* (*SPV*), also called a special purpose entity (SPE).
- TAX in SPV.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting, or a related field.
- UAE/GCC experience in the EPC or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting or purchase agreement contracts
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
