Finance Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices within SAP, ensuring accurate coding and compliance with company procedures. Manage invoice matching, approvals, and supplier payment queries. Maintain vendor records, reconcile supplier statements, and support vendor set-up and changes. Audit employee travel and expense claims in line with company policies. Reconcile cash receipts and support month-end finance activities. Monitor finance inboxes and respond to internal and external enquiries. Assist with audits, reporting requirements, and financial documentation. Ensure compliance with company controls, financial regulations, and data accuracy standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives and finance process optimisation. Provide reception cover, including visitor and contractor sign-in support when required. Participate in cross-functional projects and undertake additional administrative duties as needed. Essential Criteria Proven experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance Administration role. Strong understanding of end-to-end accounts payable processes. Experience using ERP systems; SAP experience is desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently to meet deadlines.
