Role overview
The Finance Assistant supports day-to-day P2P transactions, fiat-to-USDT settlements, order compliance, and fund management.
The role supports financial accuracy and operational integrity across payment flows.
P2P operations and settlement
- Release and manage P2P advertisements; review and approve P2P orders under internal SOPs.
- Ensure smooth and accurate completion of transactions between buyers and sellers.
- Exchange fiat currency to USDT accurately and on time, monitoring exchange rates against internal control requirements.
- Maintain settlement records for audit and reporting.
Compliance, funds, and risk
- Review and approve recharge and withdrawal applications under SOPs; identify and report suspicious or unusual transactions.
- Ensure transactions comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Monitor account balances and transaction flows daily, allocate funds across accounts, and maintain sufficient liquidity.
- Assist with fund reconciliation and provide timely account change reports.
- Monitor trading and account risks, report potential issues, propose preventive measures, and help implement risk controls.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with customer service and compliance teams to resolve transaction-related issues.
- Provide timely feedback and support to internal departments and complete management-assigned ad-hoc tasks and projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in financial operations, cryptocurrency exchanges, or payment operations is preferred.
Required and preferred skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow SOP-driven workflows.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to monitor and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; blockchain or USDT knowledge is a plus.
- Confidentiality, responsibility, risk awareness, independent work ethic, teamwork, and communication skills.
