Role Description
This part-time, on-site Finance Administration Manager role is based in Dubai and supports the studio’s financial operations and administrative processes.
The Finance Administration Manager will prepare, review, and maintain financial statements, manage day-to-day accounting entries, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
The role includes monitoring budgets and cash flow, coordinating invoicing and payments, reconciling accounts, and supporting internal controls and compliance with local regulations.
The Finance Administration Manager will collaborate with project and management teams to provide financial insights, support cost tracking on projects, and assist with forecasting and planning.
The role also involves organizing financial documentation, liaising with external auditors or consultants as needed, and recommending process improvements for more efficient financial administration.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance with the ability to support budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
- Proficiency in Accounting practices, including ledger entries, reconciliations, and managing payables and receivables.
- Experience preparing and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with accounting or ERP software and solid MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards applicable in the UAE or willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a part-time schedule.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in architecture, design, construction, or a similar project-based environment is a plus.
