Finance & Admin Officer

Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance & Admin Officer to manage the organization’s financial processes and administrative operations. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, efficient office management, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies
- Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
- Oversee administrative operations, including office supplies, facilities, and vendor management
- Support HR functions such as employee records, onboarding, and documentation
- Implement and improve administrative and financial systems and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance and administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office applications
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: QAR23,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
