Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance & Admin Executive to manage the company's day-to-day financial and administrative operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and experience in handling office administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Maintain fixed asset records and financial documentation.
- Oversee day-to-day office administration activities.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
- Manage company documentation, contracts, and records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and office events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Liaise with government authorities, banks, and external service providers when required.
- Support HR with employee onboarding, documentation, and leave records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in finance and administration, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
- Experience with payroll administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
