Purpose
Handle payables, vendor documents, and customer paperwork so the Senior Accountant can focus on reporting and collections.
Responsibilities
- Enter vendor invoices, match to POs, prep payments
- Maintain vendor files and contracts
- Handle customer documentation (contracts, invoice backup, activation/deactivation paperwork)
- Update the collection tracker
- General data entry and filing
Requirements
- 1–2 years admin/AP experience
- Solid Excel
- Organized, detail-oriented
- English required
