Finance & Accounting Executive

As the Owner of JOB VACANCIES / WORK WITH VISA, you will oversee the platform’s strategic direction, operations, and growth as a part-time remote role.

On a day-to-day basis, you will define business priorities, manage key partnerships with employers and agencies, and ensure compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards related to recruitment and visa processes.

You will guide marketing initiatives, supervise content and communication strategies, and monitor platform performance and user feedback to inform improvements.

The role also involves managing budgets and resources, coordinating with contractors or service providers, and making data-driven decisions to expand services and reach new markets.

You will represent the organization in external conversations, uphold a professional brand image, and foster a positive, inclusive experience for job seekers and partners.

• Candidates should possess strong business management and strategic planning skills, including experience setting goals, managing budgets, and evaluating performance metrics.
• Candidates should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate agreements, and represent the organization professionally.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with recruitment processes, international job markets, or visa and immigration frameworks, or demonstrate a strong interest in learning about them.
• Candidates should possess digital literacy skills, including comfort working with online platforms, productivity tools, and basic data analysis or reporting tools.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrate sound judgment, and maintain ethical standards in all business activities.
• Prior experience in entrepreneurship, human resources, recruitment, or online platform management is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, management, international relations, or a related field is preferred but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
