⚡ Immediate Joiner Required – Senior

Finance Account Officer

Salary: Up to AED 10,000 per month (depending on qualifications, experience, and profile suitability)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior

Finance Account Officer

to oversee the financial health of our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily financial operations including accounting, invoicing, receivable follow-ups, cash flow management, and financial reporting

• Daily Cash Flow Management

  • Strong knowledge of Internal Audit, External Audit, VAT, Corporate Tax, E-Invoicing, and ensuring compliance with local laws and tax regulations
  • Ensure timely tax filings, VAT submissions, and statutory compliance
  • Coordinate with banks and external clients
  • Prepare weekly MIS, month-end closing, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
  • Monitor company expenses and ensure cost control measures are in place
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions
  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance
  • Support senior management with financial strategies and risk management

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
  • Proficiency in accounting software: QuickBooks, Zoho CRM, and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in service, healthcare, or educational industry
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
