Role overview

Finacle development and customization

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Finacle applications across versions 7.x, 10.x, and 11.x.
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and complex SQL queries for customizations and reporting.
• Perform Finacle customization, menu creation, applet customization, batch job development, and scripting.

Integrations and banking solutions

• Develop and integrate Finacle APIs with external applications and enterprise systems.
• Integrate Finacle with workflow and middleware platforms such as PEGA, TIBCO, and microservices-based solutions.
• Design and implement solutions for customer onboarding, KYC, account servicing, loan processing, reporting, and other banking processes.

Migration, reporting, and support

• Support version upgrades and migration, including customization migration, data validation, reconciliation, and testing.
• Lead or contribute to loan module enhancements and migration projects, ensuring data integrity and functional correctness.
• Develop and optimize banking reports using PL/SQL and tools such as iReport/MRT.
• Tune SQL and PL/SQL performance through query optimization, indexing recommendations, and package or procedure tuning.
• Resolve production issues, UAT defects, system incidents, and integration issues within agreed timelines.
• Support EOD processing and NEFT/RTGS, ATM, mobile banking, and internet banking integrations.
