Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Filipino Admin & Call Center Agent.
The role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication.
Additional responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, assisting with customer support, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams to foster an efficient and positive experience for clients.
The agent will also conduct documentation tasks using office software and tools.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy to handle administrative and coordination tasks
- Proven experience in handling customer-related roles
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience working in a facilities management or service environment is a plus
