  • Jabel Ali company is looking for an Experienced Admin Assistant with accounts knowledge who are on visit/cancelled visa.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Filing Clerk, Document Controller, or Records Management Officer in the UAE.
  • Strictly **Males** on Visit /cancelled visa
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management systems.
  • Maintain, organize, and control all company documents, records, and files in both physical and electronic formats.
  • Ensure proper filing, indexing, archiving, and retrieval of documents.
  • Monitor document flow and maintain document control registers.
  • Prepare reports on document status, filing activities, and record management.
  • Manage confidential documents and ensure data security.
  • Support audits by providing required documentation and records.
  • Track document revisions, approvals, and distribution history.
  • Maintain an efficient document storage system for easy access and retrieval.
  • Salary: Competitive salary based on experience /qualifications.
