Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee and support our merchandising team in Riyadh.
Requirements
- Previous experience in merchandising supervision or a related field.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage schedules and coordinate field activities.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor merchandiser performance.
- Prepare and manage work schedules and route plans.
- Ensure merchandisers are visiting assigned stores as planned.
- Track attendance, productivity, and store coverage.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the merchandising team.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records using Excel.
- Coordinate with management to ensure execution of merchandising standards.
- Follow up on issues identified during store visits and ensure timely resolution.
