Field Superintendent

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in management, in home improvement or construction in general.
• Must have hands-on field experience handling/leading installation projects.
• Be able to crawl into attic and crawl spaces to conduct physical tasks.
• Proven experience in supervising a small team of staff, including training and overseeing their daily tasks.
• Familiarity with managing and maintaining vehicles, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Ability to meticulously document and track issues or concerns regarding materials or equipment and maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
• Effective communication skills for reporting lost or damaged equipment and coordinating with other departments.
• Have the ability to access through a 22"x30" opening of attic or crawl space
• Able to safely climb and descend or work from ladders, scaffolding or attic stairs
• Proficient in using staple guns, hammers, utility knives, power tools, industrial vacuums / blowers
• Able to properly use PPE such as respirators (1/2 or full face), 3M masks, protective eyewear, sound dampening headphones, utility gloves, tyvek suiting, knee pads, etc.
• Valid Driving License with clean record

• Details:
• Job Type: Full-time, not remote
• Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, 6am - 5pm
• Hourly Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000
• Pay Structure: Bi-weekly paydays with direct deposit
