Overview

  • We’re Hiring: Field Service Technician – CNC & Woodworking Machinery (UAE + GCC Travel)
  • We are expanding our technical team and are looking for a Field Service Technician
  • with strong hands‑on experience in
  • woodworking machinery
  • .
  • You will be responsible for supporting, installing, commissioning, repairing, and training customers on
  • HOLZ‑HER CNC machines
  • across the UAE and wider GCC region.
  • While HOLZ‑HER experience is a plus, candidates with backgrounds in
  • Biesse, SCM, Homag, or similar CNC woodworking brands
  • are highly encouraged to apply.
  • 🔧 Key Responsibilities
  • Install, commission, test, and maintain CNC woodworking machines
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues
  • Perform on-site repairs and preventive maintenance
  • Provide customer training on machine operation and best practices
  • Complete service reports and follow internal service procedures
  • Travel across the GCC for short service assignments (several days at a time)

🧩 What We’re Looking For

  • Strong technical background in woodworking machinery
  • Experience with CNC machines (HOLZ‑HER, Biesse, SCM, Homag, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and within structured processes
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude
  • Based in the UAE with willingness to travel frequently
  • **Valid UAE driving license (ideally required)**
  • **Strong communication and professionalism when dealing with customers**
